SSRC-level attribute (a=ssrc:) binding metadata to an RTP synchronization source.
What problem this solves
SSRC-level SDP attributes bind metadata (CNAME, MSID) to an RTP synchronization source id before packets arrive. Conference and simulcast stacks use these lines to correlate streams across renegotiation.
Common attributes include cname (canonical name) and msid (media stream id).
